Food-Grade Silicone Sheet

1.Eco-friendly & Non-toxic: Free of harmful substances, compliant with food-grade safety standards. It does not release toxic gases or substances, and is harmless to human health and the environment.
2.Excellent Temperature Resistance: Maintains stable physical and chemical properties in a temperature range of -60℃ to 250℃, capable of withstanding high-temperature baking and low-temperature freezing.
3.Strong Chemical Stability: Good resistance to most chemical substances, can withstand corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive materials, and is not prone to aging.
4.Superior Flexibility & Elasticity: Boasts excellent flexibility and elasticity, can quickly recover its original shape after external force application, and is not easy to deform or crack.
5.Easy Processing & Customization: Can be processed into various shapes and sizes through cutting, stamping, molding and other processes. It can also be customized with different colors and hardness levels as required.
6.Easy Cleaning & Maintenance: With a smooth surface, it is not easy to adhere to dirt and bacteria, and can be kept clean simply by rinsing with water or wiping.
Production Processes
• Extruded Silicone Sheet: Molded by extrusion molding machines. It allows free cutting of length, features uniform thickness, low cost and high output. However, it requires matching with die cutting tools in the later stage to be cut into specific shapes.
• Compression-Molded Silicone Sheet: Formed by high-temperature vulcanization in silicone molds. It ensures stable production and high-quality raw material utilization, but has lower output. Its cost is 2–3 times that of extruded silicone sheets, and the thickness is uneven.
Common Specifications
• Thickness generally ranges from 0.5mm to 10mm, width within 1.2m. Main colors are red and transparent (natural color).
Food Processing: Commonly used for manufacturing gaskets, sealing rings, molds and conveyor belts for food-contact surfaces. It can also be made into baking mats and baking pan liners to prevent food adhesion and facilitate cleaning.
Medical Devices: Applicable for producing catheters, gaskets and seals. Thanks to its excellent biocompatibility, it is compatible with human tissues and body fluids.
Daily Life: Can be fabricated into non-slip mats and heat insulation mats. These can be placed on tabletops or floors to prevent items from slipping, or under hot pots and pans to avoid scalding the tabletop.
