Established in 2010 and headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, Nanjing Qiniu is a specialized manufacturer of rubber and plastic components. Our facility is located in the Shiqiao Manufacturing Equipment Industrial Park, Pukou Economic Development Zone. With convenient access to the Yangtze River port and Nanjing Lukou International Airport (both within 30 minutes), we offer efficient logistics for both inbound materials and international shipments.
Facility & Capabilities -Land area: approximately 17,300 m² -Built-up area: 10,000 m², including Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) cleanrooms -Core equipment: rubber vulcanization presses and plastic injection molding machines -Fully equipped in-house laboratory for pre- and post-aging testing according to customer specifications
Quality Assurance Every batch of raw materials undergoes strict incoming inspection. Non-conforming materials are rejected immediately. Suppliers that fail two consecutive quality audits are discontinued. We maintain rigorous process controls throughout production to ensure consistent product quality and reliability.
