Fire-Fighting Silicone Clamp Gasket

The fire-fighting silicone clamp gasket is a core sealing accessory for fire pipeline connection systems, exclusively designed for clamp-type quick-install pipelines. Made of high-temperature resistant, anti-aging and highly elastic silicone as the core material, it achieves fast sealed connection of pipelines with fire-fighting clamps. Its core function is to prevent water leakage and seepage of fire hoses, sprinkler pipelines and fire hydrant pipelines, ensuring the tightness and pressure resistance of fire water supply systems, and it is an essential wearing seal for fire water supply and drainage engineering.

  1. Fire-Grade Material Performance

    Made of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant silicone (ordinary silicone rubber/fluorosilicone rubber for regular use), it has a temperature resistance range of -60℃~200℃, adapting to the normal temperature water supply of fire pipelines in daily use and high-temperature environments in case of fire, and has certain flame retardancy with no toxic thick smoke generated when exposed to fire. The material is odorless and anti-aging, without swelling or hardening when in long-term contact with tap water and fire water.     Silicone material has excellent resilience and low permanent compression set (≤20%). After the clamp is locked, it can closely fit the sealing surface of pipeline joints and fill micro gaps. The regular model can withstand a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa~2.5MPa for fire pipelines, meeting the pressure test and daily water supply pressure requirements of fire pipe networks, and eliminating water leakage and seepage under high pressure.

It realizes quick-install sealing with grooved clamps without glue or Teflon tape, and the sealing can be completed only by locking the clamps, which greatly improves the installation efficiency of fire pipelines and meets the requirements of rapid construction in engineering.
