The fluid tank sealing ring is a core sealing accessory for fluid storage/supply tanks of various medical devices, exclusively designed for the connection positions between the tank body and cover, as well as liquid inlets and outlets of medical fluid storage and supply tanks. Molded/extruded from medical-grade silicone rubber, it delivers core functions of high-seal liquid leakage prevention, medical fluid corrosion resistance, dust and water proofing, and high-frequency disinfection resistance. It is adapted to the sealing needs of fluid tanks in medical devices such as infusion pumps, cleaning machines, rehabilitation physiotherapy instruments and clinical analyzers, preventing leakage and contamination of media including medical fluids, cleaning solutions and pure water, ensuring the stable operation of the device's fluid circuit system, and complying with medical biocompatibility and hygiene standards. Core Material Properties The entire product is made of medical-grade silicone rubber—methyl vinyl silicone rubber for standard versions, and custom modified fluorosilicone rubber for special strong corrosion resistance scenarios. All versions comply with medical standards including ISO 9001 and FDA, are plasticizer-free and free of harmful substance leaching, and are adapted to the service environment of medical fluid tanks in contact with various medical fluids and pure water.

High Sealing & Leakage Prevention, Low Compression Set: Excellent elasticity and resilience with a permanent compression set of ≤5%. Precisely molded to fit tightly to the sealing surface of fluid tanks, achieving an IP67 or higher protection rating. It effectively prevents leakage of medical fluids, cleaning solutions and pure water inside the tank, and blocks external dust, moisture and bacteria from entering the tank to cause medium contamination.
Corrosion Resistance to Various Medical Media, High Stability: Resists immersion in conventional medical media such as normal saline, various clinical medical fluids, medical pure water, acid-alkali cleaning solutions (weak acid/weak base) and disinfectants. No swelling, degradation or stickiness after long-term contact, and no harmful substance leaching to contaminate tank media, adapting to the medium contact requirements of fluid tanks in different medical devices.
Resistant to High-Frequency Medical Disinfection, Adapted to Clinical Use: Withstands mainstream medical disinfection methods including alcohol wiping, iodophor disinfection, 121℃ high-temperature autoclaving, ethylene oxide sterilization and ultraviolet disinfection. Maintains sealing performance and elasticity after repeated disinfection without aging or cracking, meeting the high-frequency disinfection hygiene requirements of fluid tanks in hospital diagnosis, treatment and testing scenarios.
Wide Temperature Resistance Range, Adapted to Multiple Working Conditions: Operating temperature ranges from -60℃ to 200℃, withstanding normal temperature storage, low-temperature refrigeration (e.g., reagent fluid tanks) and high-temperature cleaning (e.g., cleaning machine fluid tanks) of tank media, and compatible with high disinfection temperatures. Sealing performance remains unattenuated with temperature changes.
Soft & Conformable, Adapted to Irregular Sealing Surfaces: The soft silicone texture fits irregular sealing surfaces of medical fluid tanks (square, circular, irregular, etc.) with no hard contact gaps. It also buffers the impact force when the tank cover is closed, protecting the hard contact surfaces of the tank body and cover from scratching and wear.
Insulating & Anti-Contamination, Easy to Clean and Maintain: Excellent electrical insulation prevents accidental conduction between the metal tank body and the device mainframe, adapting to fluid tank scenarios with electric temperature control and liquid level detection. The smooth, pore-free surface is not prone to limescale, medical fluid residue and dust adhesion, and can be cleaned with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe with no stain residue.
Excellent Biocompatibility, No Contact Risks: Passes medical skin/medium contact safety tests. No irritation or allergy risks even in direct contact with medical infusion fluids and clinical treatment fluids, complying with the core safety requirements for medical devices in contact with medical media.
