As a validated manufacturer compliant with ISO 13485 standards, we offer an extensive range of medical-grade silicones — from platinum-cured variants to biocompatible formulations — all customizable to match your unique application requirements.
Every component is manufactured within a controlled cleanroom environment under ISO 13485 quality management systems, guaranteeing contamination-free production, robust batch traceability and rigorous in-process inspections. The outcome is consistent, highly reliable silicone assemblies that satisfy stringent regulatory demands and deliver dependable performance in
clinical settings.
II.Raw Material Performance Requirements

III. Production Process Flow (Silicone Compression Molding Process)
Raw Material Screening
Medical-grade solid silicone is adopted. The raw materials comply with medical standards, featuring zero precipitation, non-toxicity, resistance to disinfectants, and wide temperature tolerance. They are suitable for medical scenarios requiring repeated high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization as well as EO sterilization.
2. Rubber Mixing & Cutting
The silicone undergoes primary mixing and secondary remilling to achieve uniform and stable material properties. Precise slitting and weighing are carried out according to product specifications to guarantee consistent molding across all batches.
3. Mold Preheating & Material Positioning
Precision medical molds are mounted on machines for preheating, followed by cavity cleaning. Silicone stock and embedded metal hardware are accurately placed in line with product structures to ensure centered, shift-free positioning, delivering finished parts with uniform wall thickness and precise dimensions.
4. High-Temperature Compression Molding & Vulcanization (Core Process)
A vulcanizer applies high pressure, high temperature, and constant temperature holding pressure to fully flow silicone and fill the mold cavity, forming the product via thermal vulcanization reaction. This results in densely structured silicone with strong adhesion and stable elasticity. Molded products are free of bubbles, material shortages, and cracks, with robust and stable overall structures.
5. Trimming & Shaping
Post-demolding products undergo fine trimming to remove flash and excess rubber, yielding smooth surfaces and rounded edges without burrs or sharp points, meeting safety contact standards for medical accessories.
6. Secondary High-Temperature Post-Curing
Products are placed in an oven for secondary curing to eliminate residual volatile substances and release internal stress. This improves silicone’s anti-aging, anti-yellowing, and tear resistance, preventing deformation, cracking, and hardening during long-term repeated sterilization use.
7. Clean Washing & Full Inspection Before Shipment
Finished products are cleaned with purified water, dried, and dedusted. Full inspection covers critical indicators including appearance, dimensions, elasticity, sealing performance, and hardness. Qualified products are packed in a dust-free environment; sterile packaging and batch test reports can be provided upon request.
IV. Product Application Scenarios
Leveraging medical-grade quality and composite structural advantages, our products are widely adopted as core components for Class I, II and III medical devices, covering multiple sectors including diagnosis & treatment, surgery, patient monitoring, rehabilitation, and minimally invasive medicine.
