1. Raw Material & Composition
The core raw material of this product adopts 70-shore natural-color high-purity fluoroelastomer, a modified fluororubber specially formulated for medical devices. It contains no recycled fillers, impurities or odors, and complies with safety standards for materials in contact with medical equipment.
A hardness of 70 Shore represents the optimal specification for medical sealing components, balancing flexibility and structural support. Excessively high hardness would lead to cracking and poor sealing performance, while overly low hardness causes deformation, dislodging and loss of rebound resilience—all of which are avoided with this grade.
The raw material undergoes purification and modification treatment, distinguishing it from standard industrial fluoroelastomer. It features medical-grade purity with zero heavy metals or hazardous substances, and is non-toxic and odor-free. Suitable for scenarios involving contact with medical fluids, it offers excellent chemical compatibility: it does not react with medical liquids or purified water, with no substance leaching or contamination, thus safeguarding safe operation of medical equipment.

III. Manufacturing Process
Mass production of this product fully adopts the 70-shore natural-color fluoroelastomer compression molding vulcanization process, a dedicated production technology for precision sealing parts. Standardized and refined production procedures guarantee product precision and consistency. The detailed process flow and advantages are as follows:
Raw Material PretreatmentHigh-purity natural-color fluoroelastomer raw materials are selected and subjected to dust-free sorting, filtration and mixing to eliminate impurities. This ensures uniform and pure material, avoids color difference and uneven material distribution, and meets the cleanliness requirements for medical-grade production.
Precision Compression MoldingIntegral compression molding is performed with custom dedicated molds, with mold precision controlled within ±0.05 mm. This delivers O-rings with accurate dimensions, perfect roundness, no burrs, notches or deformation, enabling ideal fit with equipment sealing grooves.
High-Temperature Vulcanization & CuringConstant-temperature and constant-pressure vulcanization is carried out via professional vulcanizers to fully crosslink and solidify the fluoroelastomer molecular structure. This greatly improves material compactness, rebound resilience and anti-aging performance, fundamentally preventing cracking, deformation and leakage in later service.
Post-Processing & FinishingMultiple procedures including deburring, flatness calibration, dimensional inspection and air tightness testing are conducted after molding to reject defective products, ensuring uniform dimensions and qualified performance of every finished piece.
Clean Packaging & Delivery
Finished products are cleaned, dried and individually hermetically packed in a dust-free workshop to prevent contamination by dust and impurities. Maintaining medical-grade cleanliness, they can be directly assembled onto medical equipment.

IV. Product Application Scenarios
Model A and Model B fluoroelastomer O-rings are custom special fittings engineered to match two core types of medical equipment components with precise fit and superior compatibility:
Medical Equipment Liquid Tank Compatibility.
Suitable for sealing positions of liquid storage tanks, purified water tanks and medical solution tanks of various medical devices. As core sealing components for waterproofing, leakage prevention and dustproofing of tank bodies, they effectively stop seepage of medical liquids and purified water, and block external dust and impurities from entering tanks to keep internal media clean. Applicable to medical purified water equipment, therapeutic equipment liquid tanks, testing equipment liquid storage tanks and more.
Peristaltic Pump Dedicated Compatibility.
Perfectly matches the pump body sealing structure of all corresponding models of peristaltic pumps. Serving as dynamic and static sealing parts for pump bodies, they adapt to operating conditions with frequent start-stop cycles and continuous delivery of medical liquids and purified water. They effectively resolve air leakage, water seepage and pressure loss at pump body connections, maintaining stable pressure and smooth operation of pumps. They are special sealing parts for maintenance, replacement and original assembly of peristaltic pump equipment.
