Medical Accessory — Abdominal Therapy Head Decorative Plug

              The abdominal therapy head decorative plug is a special silicone accessory for medical devices such as pelvic floor rehabilitation instruments, RF physiotherapy instruments and abdominal percussion rehabilitation instruments. Exclusively designed for the ports/reserved holes of abdominal therapy heads, it is integrally molded from medical-grade silicone rubber and features four core functions: decorative enhancement, dust and contamination resistance, sealing protection, and scratch and impact prevention. It not only covers the redundant holes of the therapy head to improve the overall finesse of the device, but also protects the internal precision structure of the therapy head. Compatible with medical equipment with abdominal therapy heads such as the 3A RF Robot and pelvic floor function rehabilitation instruments, it complies with medical hygiene and device adaptation standards.

Core Material Properties The entire product is made of medical-grade silicone rubber, complying with medical biocompatibility standards including ISO 9001 and FDA. It is plasticizer-free, odorless and free of harmful substance leaching, adapting to the diagnosis and treatment scenarios where the abdominal therapy head contacts the human abdomen.

Soft & Highly Elastic, Contoured Protection: Medical silicone with a Shore hardness of 35°~45° can be precisely clipped into the therapy head holes, fitting seamlessly without loosening, and will not scratch the metal/plastic surface of the therapy head. It can be disassembled easily with no residue left.

Dustproof & Sealing, Contamination Isolation: The fully sealed design effectively blocks dust, moisture, medicinal liquid residue, skin debris and other contaminants from entering the internal holes of the therapy head, preventing rust and jamming of internal components and ensuring the stable physiotherapy performance of the therapy head.

3. Disinfection Resistant & Easy to Clean: Withstands conventional medical disinfection methods (alcohol wiping, iodophor disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection) and remains undeformed, unaged and non-sticky after high-temperature autoclaving at 121℃. The smooth, dead-angle-free surface allows for easy stain removal by simple wiping, meeting the high-frequency disinfection requirements in clinical settings.

Temperature Resistant, Adapted to Physiotherapy Environment: The operating temperature range is -40℃~200℃, compatible with the working temperature (40~45℃) of abdominal therapy heads for RF physiotherapy, temperature-controlled massage and other treatments. It does not affect the heat conduction and RF transmission accuracy of the therapy head, and is adapted to precision temperature control systems such as the TIP temperature control algorithm.
