I. Raw Material Description

The product is precisely manufactured by compression molding using an industrial vulcanizer, which represents a core high-precision production process for silicone products.

During production, proportioned 40° flame-retardant silicone raw material is loaded into professional vulcanizing molds. The material undergoes high-temperature and high-pressure vulcanization molding inside the vulcanizer to enable sufficient crosslinking and curing of silicone molecules.

This process delivers prominent advantages. It ensures uniform overall density, compact texture, precise dimensions and neat profile of finished products, free of air bubbles, defects and deformation. It thoroughly avoids common drawbacks of traditional extrusion processes such as uneven thickness, poor sealing performance and insufficient elasticity. After vulcanization molding, the silicone frame achieves greatly improved elasticity, toughness, sealing property and structural stability, with more consistent physical performance.After molding, refined procedures including trimming, grinding and quality inspection are carried out to remove burrs and impurities, ensuring smooth and flat product surfaces.
