The glass industry-specific silicone sheet is a key component independently developed by our company for glass vacuum laminating furnaces, in response to market demands. A glass vacuum laminating furnace operates on the vacuum principle: it heats the glass under vacuum conditions, and uses atmospheric pressure to compress the glass inside the vacuum bag, expelling air to prevent bubble formation. It is a specialized piece of equipment designed to bond two or more layers of glass with EVA (or other films) through thermal lamination, while maintaining simultaneous heating and vacuum extraction. The vacuum bag serves as the core component of the glass vacuum laminating furnace. It consists of upper and lower silicone sheets, as well as special-shaped silicone seals. As a critical part of the entire laminating furnace, the quality of the silicone sheet directly determines the quality of the finished glass products.

The silicone sheets produced by our company can reach a maximum width of 5500 mm without splicing, with a thickness range of 1–10 mm. The length can be customized to any size according to customers’ specific requirements.
