Ultra-High Electrical Insulation

With a volume resistivity of ≥10¹⁴Ω·cm, a breakdown voltage of ≥25kV/mm and a surface resistivity of ≥10¹³Ω, it effectively isolates the weak current of medical devices from external contact, preventing electric shock risks caused by medical staff/patients accidentally touching conductive parts. It is suitable for the insulation protection of exposed conductive terminals, electrode interfaces and other parts of equipment.

Dust & Water Proof Sealing

With a high-elasticity fitting design, it fits seamlessly with the protected parts of the device after being sleeved or buckled, reaching the IP65~IP67 dust and water proof rating. It prevents moisture, dust and medicinal liquid impurities from entering the inside of conductive interfaces, avoids short circuits and oxidation of internal circuits, and ensures the long-term stable operation of electrical components.

Resistant to High-Frequency Medical Disinfection

Withstands mainstream medical disinfection methods such as 75% alcohol wiping, iodophor disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection and ethylene oxide sterilization. The silicone remains unaged, non-sticky and unhardened after repeated disinfection (≥500 times), with no attenuation in insulation and sealing performance and no disinfectant residue, meeting the high hygiene standards of operating rooms, clinics and monitoring rooms.

High Elasticity & Fitting Performance, Adapted to Multiple Structures

With a flexible design of Shore hardness 35°~50° and excellent elasticity and resilience, its permanent compression set is ≤5%. It can self-adapt to the circular, square and irregular protected parts of the device, fitting tightly without loosening or displacement after being sleeved, and adapting to different specifications of conductive terminals and interface sizes.

Medical-Grade Biocompatibility

It has passed core tests including cytotoxicity, skin irritation and delayed hypersensitivity. No irritation or sensitization is caused in direct contact with human hands and skin, complying with the skin contact safety standards for medical accessories. It is suitable for the protection of equipment parts that are frequently operated by medical staff and may be contacted by patients.

Temperature & Medium Resistance, Stable Performance

The operating temperature range is -60℃~200℃, with no embrittlement at low temperatures and no softening or deformation at high temperatures, compatible with the working temperature rise and disinfection high temperature of medical devices. It resists immersion in media such as human sweat, normal saline, medical coupling gel, weak acid and weak alkali disinfectants, with no swelling, degradation or discoloration, and maintains stable performance during long-term use.
