Structure and Material
Structure: Generally ring-shaped or disc-shaped, available in different sizes to fit water heater tanks of various models. Some sealing covers may be designed with mounting holes, concave-convex structures or snap-fit structures for convenient installation and fixation, as well as enhanced sealing performance. Material: The main component is silicone rubber, which boasts excellent elasticity, insulation and weather resistance. For example, the commonly used methyl vinyl silicone rubber can maintain stable performance within a relatively wide temperature range.

Excellent Temperature Resistance: It can work stably in the environment of -55°C~250°C, withstand the high temperature during the heating process of electric water heaters, and will not age or deform rapidly due to temperature changes. Application Scenarios
It is mainly used for water tank sealing of various electric water heaters, including household storage-type electric water heaters, instant electric water heaters and some commercial water heaters. It can be installed at positions such as the heating tube interface, water inlet and outlet, and temperature sensing port of the water tank.
