Dimension Matching: Must match the opening size and key spacing of the A800E solenoid valve panel; for integrated keys, verify the overall contour and positioning hole positions. 2. Key Characteristics: Select key force (150-500g) and stroke according to control requirements; high-rebound silicone formula is recommended for high-frequency operation keys. 3. Contact Configuration: Conductive carbon particles are suitable for general working conditions; gold-plated shrapnels are adapted to the requirements of high reliability and long service life (≥1 million presses). 4. Environmental Adaptation: For maritime environments, select formulas resistant to salt spray and ultraviolet rays; additional surface coating can be applied to enhance wear and stain resistance.  Installation & Maintenance • Installation: Clean the panel openings and fix with silicone-specific adhesive to ensure the sealing lips fit completely, avoiding water ingress caused by loose fitting. • Maintenance: Wipe the key surface with anhydrous ethanol regularly and check the rebound and conductive performance. Replace immediately if damaged or aged (such as cracking and loss of elasticity) to prevent mis-triggering of solenoid valves.
