The pat head hanger gasket for the 3A RF Robot (exclusive for pelvic floor rehabilitation of Wiz Medical) is a custom medical silicone rubber accessory adapted to the connection between the therapeutic pat head of the instrument and the hanger of the robot arm. Exclusively designed for the precise adaptation of the robot arm, TIP temperature-controlled probe and pat head hanger of the device, it primarily achieves shock absorption, anti-slip positioning, sealing and wear resistance, as well as noise reduction. It is also compatible with the hanging requirements of intravaginal/external vaginal/abdominal probes, ensures the operational stability of the instrument and the durability of accessories, and complies with medical biocompatibility standards.

Core Material & Adaptive Properties Made of medical-grade silicone rubber that complies with medical standards including ISO9001 and FDA, it releases no harmful substances and meets the high precision and hygiene requirements of the 3A RF Robot. Its core properties are as follows: 

1. High Elasticity for Buffering & Fatigue Resistance: Medical silicone with a Shore hardness of 45°~50° absorbs impact from the robot arm’s movement and the placement of the pat head, avoiding damage to the arm’s precision structure and the pat head probe caused by hard contact, and no permanent deformation with long-term use. 

2. Precise Anti-Slip Positioning: Double-sided micro-grid anti-slip texture design enhances the fitting friction with the pat head and hanger. It is adapted to the operating scenarios of the robot arm’s automatic homing and full-precision rotation (0.001° accuracy), preventing pat head displacement. 3. Sealing & Contamination Resistance, Disinfection Tolerant: The full-fitting design isolates dust, medicinal liquid and moisture, protecting the hanger’s connection gaps and the probe’s contact surface. It withstands disinfection with alcohol, iodophor, ultraviolet light and high-temperature autoclaving at 121℃, without aging or stickiness after repeated disinfection. 

4. Noise Reduction for Quiet Environments: Its damping properties eliminate abnormal noise from collisions between metal/hard components, complying with the quiet requirements of hospital rehabilitation departments and gynecological clinics. 

5. Temperature Resistance for TIP Temperature Control: With an operating temperature range of -40℃~200℃, it is compatible with the 42-45℃ therapeutic temperature environment of the instrument’s TIP temperature control algorithm, without affecting temperature control accuracy and probe heat conduction. 6. Insulation & Wear Resistance for Multi-Probe Compatibility: It features excellent electrical insulation, adapting to the hanging of intravaginal/external vaginal/abdominal probes and preventing electrical conduction between the probe’s metal components and the hanger; it also avoids surface wear caused by hard contact between the probe and the hanger.
