   High-purity fumed silicone gum, fumed silica, food-grade peroxide, and heat-resistant additives are mixed under controlled conditions, then filtered to remove any gel particles or impurities.

2. Precision calendering
   3-roll / 4-roll calender produces uniform, continuous sheets with tight thickness tolerance across the full width.

3. Continuous drum vulcanization
   Steel-belt covered drum vulcanization under uniform heat and pressure. Results in smooth, bubble-free, high-flatness surfaces — ideal for long rolls without the limitations of traditional compression molding.

4. Post-curing (secondary baking)
   Thorough oven post-curing eliminates residual volatiles, removes odor, and further enhances heat resistance and aging performance to fully meet FDA food-contact requirements.
