I. Raw Material Specifications
All our Kegel exercise balls and vaginal training dumbbells are made of original imported medical solid silicone raw material, the same premium-grade material used for medical catheters and baby bottle nipples. The material has passed ISO 10993 biocompatibility and skin & mucous membrane irritation tests, custom-developed for direct contact with women’s intimate mucous membranes.
High Purity & Zero Additives
Free of plasticizers, heavy metals, phthalates and inferior recycled rubber; latex-protein free. It prevents allergies, itchiness and mucosal irritation in intimate areas. Its dense and stable molecular structure resists absorption of bodily secretions and leaching of hazardous substances, and will not trigger chemical reactions even with prolonged exposure to the weakly acidic environment of private tissues.

Exclusive Platinum-Cured Silicone Base

We adopt imported raw silicone rubber formulated for platinum vulcanization systems, featuring pure, impurity-free compound. Its plasticity, tear resistance and elasticity far outperform ordinary food-grade silicone. It delivers soft, skin-friendly texture with a delicate matte surface free of burrs. The smooth, perfectly rounded spherical surface has no sharp edges, producing zero stinging foreign-body sensation upon insertion.

Sanitization-Resistant & Long Service Life

It withstands boiling water, alcohol, intimate care disinfectants and ethylene oxide sterilization. Repeated washing will not cause yellowing, hardening or cracking. Its operating temperature range spans from -60°C to 200°C, maintaining stable performance during daily hot water cleaning and high-temperature disinfection for extended service life.

Low Odor & Ultra-High Cleanliness

The virgin rubber base has nearly no inherent odor. A secondary high-temperature post-vulcanization process fully volatilizes residual small-molecule compounds, leaving no harsh plastic smell after unpacking. It is safe for people with sensitive skin and fragile postpartum mucous membranes.

III. Production Process

Adopts medical-grade platinum-cured compression molding one-step forming technology with fully controllable cross-linking reactions. Unlike conventional DCP vulcanization, this process leaves no small-molecule residues and complies with manufacturing standards for intimate medical devices.
After unpacking, the imported raw medical silicone rubber is transferred to an independent dust-free batching area. All operators wear dust-free garments and gloves throughout the whole process. The material is fed into a closed internal mixer for constant-temperature mixing for 30–60 minutes to ensure thorough and uniform blending of curing agent with silicone molecules, eliminating incomplete localized vulcanization and surface stickiness on finished products. After mixing, the compound rubber is sealed and left to mature in isolation from dust contamination.
The matured rubber compound is cut into precise measured portions and accurately placed into mold cavities. Once molds are closed, the vulcanizing machine applies a constant pressure of 10–20 MPa and maintains a stable temperature of 160–170°C for vulcanization lasting 3–8 minutes. Heat activates the platinum curing agent to trigger molecular cross-linking, transforming the silicone paste into a dense elastic solid. The one-piece molded construction creates no spliced seams and prevents leakage of internal weighted steel beads.
All molded products are uniformly transported to a Class 100,000 medical dust-free inspection laboratory (ISO 8 cleanliness class). The workshop maintains constant temperature and humidity with continuous fresh air circulation that filters dust particles. Staff must pass mandatory air showering and wear full dust-free protective gear. All tools are disinfected with UV light and alcohol every 4 hours to prevent dust, hair and bacteria from adhering to product surfaces.
