1. Core performance characteristics
Stable conductivity performance: The volume resistivity can be customized according to demand (conventional 10 ⁻³ -10 Ω· cm), the conductive path is uniform and durable, and is less affected by temperature and humidity changes. It can maintain stable conductivity in environments ranging from -50 ℃ to 200 ℃, avoiding circuit failures caused by poor contact.
Elasticity and sealing: Retains the high elasticity of silicone substrate (elongation ≥ 100%, compression permanent deformation rate ≤ 35% @ 150 ℃× 70h), can tightly adhere to irregular contact surfaces, can achieve conductive connection, and also play a waterproof and dustproof sealing role, suitable for gap conductive scenarios (such as equipment shell joints).
Weather resistance and corrosion resistance: It has excellent aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, does not rust or oxidize, can resist oil stains and humid environments, and has no significant deterioration in conductivity after long-term use (3-5 years under normal working conditions). It is suitable for electrical equipment in outdoor or harsh environments.
Electromagnetic shielding function: Some high conductivity models (such as silver powder and copper powder) can achieve an electromagnetic shielding effect of 30-60dB, which can block external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and prevent internal circuit electromagnetic radiation leakage, protecting precision electronic components (such as chips and sensors) from working normally.
2. Structure and Custom Attributes
Classification of conductive materials: According to different conductive fillers, they can be divided into carbon based conductive silicone rubber plates (low-cost, suitable for general conductive scenarios), metal based conductive silicone rubber plates (such as silver powder, nickel powder, with excellent conductivity and suitable for high demand scenarios), and graphene based conductive silicone rubber plates (lightweight, high conductivity, suitable for precision electronics).
Form and specifications: The standard thickness is 0.5-10mm, and the size can be customized (such as 1000 × 2000mm, 1220 × 2440mm). The surface can be treated with smooth and textured surfaces; Support die-cutting processing into circular, square, irregular gaskets or strips, suitable for the installation size requirements of different devices.
Special customization: The conductivity performance (such as high conductivity and anti-static) and hardness (Shore A 40-80 degrees) can be adjusted as needed, and the composite insulation layer can also be made into a "conductive insulation composite board" to meet the insulation and conductive partition requirements in specific scenarios.
