Electric heating silicone plug is an innovative accessory that combines the flexibility of silicone material with electric heating function. It has sealing, insulation and active heating characteristics, and is suitable for anti freezing and temperature control needs in scenarios such as pipelines and containers. Its core advantage lies in combining the sealing performance of traditional silicone plugs with flexible heating technology, which can tightly adhere to irregular surfaces and achieve precise heating.
1、 Core materials and structural characteristics
Base material performance: high temperature resistant silicone rubber (temperature resistance range -62 ℃ to 260 ℃, conventional recommended use temperature ≤ 250 ℃) is used, which has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance and chemical corrosion ability, and can work stably in humid and corrosive gas environment.
Heating element: Built in precision metal heating film circuit (such as nickel chromium alloy wire), with a surface power density of up to 8W/cm ², good heating uniformity, fast heating rate, small heat capacity, and high temperature control accuracy.
Structural design: The thickness can be customized (minimum 0.5mm), supporting three-dimensional modeling and hole reservation. During installation, it can be fixed with aluminum tape to avoid overlapping and winding to prevent overheating.
Applicable fields:
Anti freezing and insulation of pipelines and tanks (such as oil drums and chemical reaction vessels);
Local heating of medical equipment and instruments;
Mobile device power transmission line heat tracing (metallurgy, shipbuilding, power industry).
Installation specifications:
The flat side is tightly attached to the heated surface and fixed with aluminum tape to reduce heat loss;
The outer side needs to be covered with insulation layer, and overlapping wrapping is prohibited;
Ensure good contact between the external wiring terminals and use insulation sleeves for protection to reduce the failure rate during wiring.
