1. Core performance highlights

High level flame retardancy: Passed UL94 V0 level or GB/T 2408 V0 level flame retardancy certification, the flame self extinguishing time in vertical combustion testing is ≤ 10 seconds, and there is no dripping material igniting the cotton wool below. Some high specification models can reach UL94 5VA level (no obvious combustion after flame burning), suitable for high safety standard scenarios.

Wide temperature range stability: Retains the temperature resistance advantage of silicone, with a long-term temperature range of -60 ℃ to 260 ℃. The flame retardant performance does not deteriorate at high temperatures (such as 180 ℃), and does not crack in low temperature environments. It can be used stably in alternating high and low temperature conditions (such as outdoor distribution boxes and vehicle electronic devices), avoiding protection failure caused by temperature changes.

Insulation and mechanical properties: Volume resistivity ≥ 10 ¹⁴Ω· cm, excellent insulation performance, can be used as insulation pads for electrical equipment; Simultaneously possessing good elasticity (elongation ≥ 120%) and tear resistance (tear strength ≥ 10kN/m), with a compression permanent deformation rate of ≤ 15% (150 ℃× 70h) after long-term compression, and not easily damaged or deformed.

Low smoke and halogen-free characteristics: Adopting an environmentally friendly flame retardant system, the smoke density during combustion is low (smoke density level ≤ 50), and does not release hydrogen halides or toxic gases. It complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards and is suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for smoke toxicity, such as enclosed spaces (such as subway cars and computer rooms).

Conventional specifications: thickness 0.5-10mm, conventional sizes 1000 × 2000mm, 1220 × 2440mm, can be cut into any shape as needed; The surface can be smooth (easy to clean) or textured (anti slip) to meet different installation and usage needs.
