Although ordinary silicone rubber features high-temperature resistance, it is prone to combustion and melting dripping under open flame or high-voltage conditions, failing to meet safety access requirements for new energy, rail transit, medical and other industries. As a local original silicone factory in Nanjing, we provide a full-chain flame-retardant silicone solution from raw material formulation to mass production, balancing halogen-free environmental protection, mechanical properties and temperature resistance.

The core of silicone flame retardancy lies in four mechanisms: cooling, oxygen isolation, chain inhibition and char formation. By rationally compounding flame retardants, we achieve non-combustibility, self-extinguishing and low-smoke performance. We have launched three mass-producible formulations:

• Economical General-Purpose Grade (UL94 V-1, low cost, suitable for general electronic appliances)

• High-Performance Halogen-Free Grade (UL94 V-0, halogen-free and eco-friendly, ideal for new energy and medical applications, elongation retention rate ≥85%)

• Special High-Temperature Resistant Grade (UL94 V-0, long-term heat resistance at 300℃, applicable for photovoltaic and aerospace fields)  

Addressing industry pain points such as hardening, brittleness and precipitation caused by adding flame retardants, we adopt surface-modified flame retardants chemically bonded with silicone, control particle size and cooperate with reinforcing agents to ensure controllable hardness (30A–70A), balancing elasticity and flame retardancy. The full system complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards, suitable for export and medical applications.

Our flame-retardant silicone has passed core certifications including UL94 and EN45545, with a LOI (Limiting Oxygen Index) of 30%–36%. We provide solid silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber and custom molded products, supporting small-batch sampling, formula fine-tuning and mold customization.
