1. Core materials and performance advantages
High purity substrate: using gas-phase white carbon black as the core raw material, the purity of silica gel reaches over 99%, with no impurities or odors, extremely strong chemical stability, and is not easily reacted with other substances. It is suitable for scenarios with high material cleanliness requirements (such as electronic component packaging and food contact assistance)
Excellent physical properties: tensile strength ≥ 5MPa, elongation ≥ 200%, far exceeding ordinary silicone coil (conventional tensile strength 5-6MPa), tear and stretch resistant, and not easily broken or deformed after long-term use; Hardness can be customized as needed (Shore A 40-80 degrees), combining softness and support.
Wide width temperature resistance: Long term temperature resistance range -60 ℃ to 260 ℃, short-term ability to withstand high temperatures of 300 ℃, no brittle cracking in low temperature environments, no softening or release of harmful substances in high temperature environments, suitable for complex working conditions with alternating high and low temperatures (such as oven perimeter sealing and outdoor electronic equipment protection).
Excellent weather resistance: UV resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance. In outdoor exposure, humidity or chemical environments, the performance degradation rate is less than 5%/year, and the service life is extended by more than 40% compared to ordinary silicone coils. It is suitable for long-term exposure application scenarios.
2. Form and customization attributes
Conventional specifications: Width 0.5-2.2m, thickness 0.1-5mm, length can be customized as needed (10-100m/roll), high flatness of the coil, thickness tolerance ≤± 0.05mm, convenient for subsequent cutting and molding processing.
Customization of Surface and Color: Supports both smooth and matte surface treatments (smooth surface is easy to clean, matte surface has excellent anti slip properties); The default colors are transparent and white, and specific colors such as red and blue can be customized to meet the visual or identification needs of different scenes.
Functional modification customization: Additional conductive, thermal conductive, flame retardant and other functional additives can be added to make conductive phase silicone coil and flame retardant gas-phase silicone coil, suitable for special functional requirements such as electronics and new energy.
