1、Core functional positioning
Specially designed for the lamination process of solar modules, it is mainly used for load-bearing, buffering, and heat transfer inside the laminating machine, ensuring precise bonding and bubble free encapsulation of multi-layer materials such as photovoltaic glass, EVA film, solar cells, and backboards under high temperature and high pressure, ensuring the sealing and power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules.
2、 Key performance advantages
Super high temperature resistance: The long-term temperature resistance range can reach -50 ℃ to 280 ℃, and the short-term can withstand high temperatures above 300 ℃. Under the normal working temperature of 130-180 ℃ of the laminating machine, there is no deformation, aging, or release of harmful substances, ensuring long-term stable use.
Sandwich reinforcement structure: Internally composite high-strength glass fiber cloth or polyester cloth, greatly improving tensile strength (≥ 8MPa) and tear resistance (≥ 35kN/m), avoiding damage to the silicone sheet due to uneven pressure during the lamination process, and extending the service life (can be used more than 100000 times under normal working conditions).
Excellent heat transfer uniformity: The thermal conductivity of the silicone substrate is stable, and combined with the structural support of the sandwich layer, it can evenly transfer the heat of the laminating machine to each layer of the photovoltaic module, avoiding packaging defects caused by local overheating or uneven temperature (such as insufficient melting of EVA and hidden cracking of battery cells).
High sealing and weather resistance: The surface is smooth and has excellent elasticity (elongation ≥ 600%), which can tightly adhere to the surface of photovoltaic modules and isolate air and water vapor; At the same time, it has the ability to resist ultraviolet radiation, ozone, acid and alkali corrosion, and is suitable for the long-term outdoor use of photovoltaic modules.
3、 Form and processing adaptability
Flexible in form, it can provide rolls (conventional width 1.2-2.2m, length customized as needed) and sheets (conventional thickness 0.5-5mm) to meet the adaptation needs of different size laminating machines (such as monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon component production lines).
The surface can be treated with anti slip or anti stick according to the needs, which is easy to clean and non stick. After lamination, it can quickly separate from the photovoltaic module, reducing production process time.
4. Safety and Compliance
Using environmentally friendly silicone raw materials, it does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals and VOCs, and complies with environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH in the photovoltaic industry.
